International Shipping: Available on a conditional basis. Orders are shipped via DHL, and additional charges for shipping, customs duties, and taxes will apply.
Returns & Exchanges
You can return or exchange any product within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and unworn, with original tags and packaging.
Processing fee: A ₹250 processing fee applies to each return or exchange.
Refunds: Approved returns are refunded as Silvano store credit or a gift card, minus the processing fee. Refunds are not made to bank accounts or the original payment method. Your store credit or gift card is issued within 7–10 business days of the item passing inspection, is valid for 6 months, and can be used on any purchase at silvanoshop.com.
Exchanges: You can exchange for a different size, colour or product. If the new item costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, the balance is issued as store credit or a gift card.
Archive items: Products in The Archive can be exchanged but not returned.
Damaged, defective or wrong items: Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video. We'll replace the item or refund you, with no processing fee.
Not eligible for return: Personalised products, gift cards and international orders.
