Warranty

We take immense pride in the craftsmanship, quality, and materials behind every piece we create. Each product is designed to last — and to support that promise, we offer a limited warranty of 6 months from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Please review the policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free warranty experience.

1. Warranty Coverage

Our limited warranty applies to products purchased directly through Silvano with a valid proof of purchase. The dated invoice must clearly show the purchase occurred within the warranty period.

This warranty covers:

• Faulty zippers
  
  

• Loose stitching
  
  

• Hardware malfunctions
  
  

• Other defects caused during the manufacturing process
  
  

For Indian customers, a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase is applicable.

2. Reporting Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged during transit, please notify us via email at contact@silvanoshop.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.

3. Inspection & Resolution

Once we receive your product, our expert team will inspect it. If the damage is due to a manufacturing defect, we will:

• Repair the item at no cost, or
  
  

• Replace it with the same style (or one of equal value if the original is unavailable)
  

 

4. What Voids the Warranty

The warranty will not be honored under the following conditions:

• Accidental damage or misuse
  
  

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  
  

• Damage from improper care or negligence
  
  

• No valid proof of purchase
  

 

5. Not Covered Under Warranty

Our limited warranty does not cover the following:

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, marks, or wrinkles)
  
  

• Damage from water, rain, or chemical exposure
  
  

• Damage due to adhesives or improper storage
  
  

• Tears or breakage due to excessive use
  
  

• Personal items or electronics inside the bag
  
  

6. Repair Time

Please allow 4–6 weeks for repair processing (excluding shipping time). We’ll keep you informed throughout the process.

 

7. Third-Party Purchases

If your Silvano product was purchased through an authorized retailer (not directly from us), please contact them for warranty support.

 

Final Note

Except as set forth above, Silvano disclaims any other warranties — express or implied — including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages from product use.
