Silvano is committed to delivering high-quality products in a timely manner. Below are the shipping terms and conditions:

Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days before being shipped.
Shipping Methods:

⁠Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days.
⁠International Shipping: Available on a conditional basis. Orders are shipped via DHL, and additional charges for shipping, customs duties, and taxes will apply. Please note: Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available for international orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders are dispatched within 3–4 business days and delivered within 10–15 business days from the date of order confirmation. Orders will be shipped via DHL.

We offer free international shipping on all orders above ₹5,000. For international orders below ₹5,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹1,600 will be applicable. Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via email.

Please note that we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on international orders.
