Refund Type: Approved returns will be refunded in the form of a Silvano store credit (coupon code), which can be used for future purchases. Cash refunds are not available.

Deductions: No restocking fees or deductions apply unless the returned item is found to be damaged or used. In such cases, Silvano reserves the right to decline the return.

Exchange Policy
Silvano currently does not offer exchanges for purchased products. However, customers may opt to return the product (if eligible) and use the store credit issued for a new purchase.
