Returns

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

·       In its original, unused, and unworn condition

·       With all original tags intact

·       Returned in the original packaging

·       Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

Exchanges

We offer 7-day exchanges for specific cases:

·       Belt size issues only (if the size does not fit)

·       The product must meet all return eligibility conditions

If the requested size is not available:

·       You may choose a different belt of equal value

·       If there is a price difference, it will be adjusted accordingly

NO RETURN & EXCHANGE ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any international orders once the order has been placed and shipped. We request customers to review their order details carefully before confirming the purchase.

·      Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange

·      Exchanges are not applicable on other product categories (bags, wallets, etc.) unless there is a defect or damage

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup from your doorstep.

Return & Exchange Pickup Process

·     In case of a failed pickup due to customer unavailability, 10% of the product value will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be issued as store credit

·      If pickup service is not available in your area, you may ship the product to us

·    Shipping charges will be reimbursed up to ₹300 (as store credit) upon submission of the receipt

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We request you to inspect your order at the time of delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours along with supporting images or videos.

Our team will resolve the issue on priority.

Refunds (Store Credit Only)

·       Refunds are not processed to bank accounts or original payment methods

·       Once the returned product passes inspection, the eligible amount will be issued as store credit (coupon)

·       Store credit is valid for 6 months and can be used on any future purchase on our website
