Returns
We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your order.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
In their original, unworn, and unused condition
With all original tags intact
Returned in the original packaging
Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

Return Pickup & Handling Charges
A ₹200 return handling fee applies to approved returns
In the event of a failed pickup due to customer unavailability, 10% of the product value will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be issued as store credit
If return pickup is not serviceable or not possible through our courier partner, we request you to ship the product from your end. In such cases, the shipping cost will be reimbursed against the receipt, up to a maximum of ₹300, which will be issued as store credit
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please review your order upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery, along with relevant images or videos, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Returns are not accepted for:
Sale or discounted items
Gift cards
Refunds (Store Credit Only)
We do not offer refunds to bank accounts or original payment methods
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the balance amount will be refunded as store credit (coupon)
Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used on future purchases on our website
